Tari Misal


Ingredients:

mooth beans 1 cup 
onion 1 medium
tomato 1 medium 
garlic 5 cloves
ginger 1 inch 
green chilli 1 
oil 1 cup 
red chilli powder 2 table spoon 
turmeric powder 1/2 table spoon 
coriander powder 1/2 table spoon 
cumin seed powder 1/2 table spoon 
salt 
garam masala 1/2 table spoon 
whole coriander seeds 1 table spoon 
cumin seeds 1/2 table spoon 
dry red chillies 5 
dry coconut 2 table spoon 
water 
farsan 
lime wedge

Method :

Soak mooth beans for 5 hours and put them in to a cotton cloth and let it sprout.Heat a table spoon oil in a pan and add sliced onions followed by garlic ,ginger , and green chilli cook them till they turn dark brown and add dry spices 1 table spoon red chilli powder ,turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin seed powder, garam masala and salt according to taste.Keep it aside.Roast dry chillies , coconut, whole coriander seeds, cumin seeds. Make a paste of tomatoes, dry spices and onion masala adding water. Heat oil in a pan and add 1 table spoon red chilli powder followed by masala paste cook it nicely then add hot water and sprouted mooth beans.Let it cook for 20 minutes on low flame.

Serving:

Serve Mooth beans and Tari in a different bowls with Farsan and onions with a lime wedge.You can eat it with Pav or bread of your choice.
